Maties Touch Rugby vendors

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Maties Touch Rugby event being held on 15 February 2025 at Middelvlei Wine Estate, Stellenbosch! This exciting student event is expected to draw over 1 000 attendees, providing a fantastic opportunity to showcase your food and offerings.

To apply, please submit the following:

• a valid health and safety certificate
• a copy of applicant’s ID
• a list of items you plan to sell
• a price list for the day
• your company logo
• a picture of your setup from previous events
• company name

A vendor fee of R1 500 is required, which includes electricity access. However, we recommend bringing backup electricity and additional lighting for the evening. Please note: No alcohol sales are allowed and no duplicate items will be permitted among vendors.
Choices are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The event runs from 12:00 to approximately 22:00, with no early pack-ups (before 21:00) permitted. Vendors can set up on Friday 14 February between 15:00 and 17:00 or on the event day (Saturday 15 February) from 09:00, and must be fully ready by 11:30. While cash sales are allowed, vendors are responsible for their own security and we encourage cashless transactions. AfriForum Youth will not be liable for any damages, loss or theft.

Lastly, remember that this is a student-focused event – menus and prices should cater to a student budget.
